Introduction
Welcome to Laurel Hill School ("LHS" or "School"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities, services, and participation in any activities offered at Laurel Hill School. By registering for or participating in any of our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Liability Waiver
I hereby certify that my child is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any condition that prevents or limits their participation in all activities conducted by Laurel Hill School. I acknowledge that Laurel Hill School will not assume any responsibility or liability for any personal injury, loss or damage that may occur during school activities.

In the event Laurel Hill School is unable to reach a parent, guardian or any emergency contact, I hereby give permission for my child to be transported to the nearest hospital for treatment in case of an accident or emergency. I hereby further authorize any of the staff or employees to provide for, approve and authorize health care at hospital.

Safety
Students must follow all safety rules and instructions provided by school staff. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from School without refund.

Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards others and follow all school rules. Bullying, harassment, and any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

Violating the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, parental notification, or dismissal from School without refund.

Personal Belongings
Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Laurel Hill School is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photo Release
I hereby grant and authorize Laurel Hill School the right to take, edit, copy, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of my child to be used in and / or for legally promotional materials and digital communications. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Laurel Hill School and will not be returned.

Make-Up Days and Closures
No make-up days or refunds for absence due to illness, vacations, or for school closings due to inclement weather, other emergencies or any events defined as force majeure.

Policies
Laurel Hill School reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website.

Students and their parents / guardians will be notified of any significant changes to our policies. It remains the responsibility of the parents / guardians to review these updates.

Continued participation in school activities after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must notify Laurel Hill School in writing and cease participation in school activities.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in school activities will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

Arbitration
Any disputes of claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) applicable at the time of the arbitration and shall take place in New York State. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding upon all parties.

Acceptance
By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
